Upon arrival at the hotel, I was amazed by the beautifully decorated rooms, even more stunning than the pictures. The Swiss mountain theme added a cozy touch while everything felt modernized and well-maintained. The service truly stole the show with a warm welcome and treatment fit for royalty. The location was picturesque, surrounded by mountains and just a short walk from town. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of delicious dishes. Overall, a wonderful stay with exceptional service and amenities.
The hotel offers incredibly charming and tastefully decorated rooms with high-quality amenities, providing a spacious, quiet, and clean stay. The outstanding service, including thoughtful surprises in the room, particularly stood out. The location is excellent, with easy access to ski stations and shops, surrounded by picturesque mountains. Although the dining options were somewhat limited, the overall experience was outstanding.
